Thomas Wines is an award-winning law enforcement professional with over ten years experience working in probation, parole and corrections. Thomas is currently a Pennsylvania State Parole Agent assigned to the Philadelphia District Mental Health Unit. As a Parole Agent he has focused on the Victim’s role in the parole process and works with special needs offenders within the criminal justice system. In 2015 he received the inaugural “Excellence in Victim Services Award” from the Pennsylvania Office of Victim Advocate. In addition to his role with the State Parole Board, he works as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Rosemont College.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science in General Studies from Delaware County Community College, a Bachelor of Science in the Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) and a Master of Science in Forensic Sociology and Criminology from Rosemont College’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies
